A successful pairing consists in associating flavors and tastes in order to obtain a harmony between food and sparkling semi-dry Mousseux. Make sure that the acidity of the sparkling wine is at least equivalent to that of the food to create a balance. And to create a balance, you have to respect the intensities.
The sparkling Mousseux must sublimate the meal. It pairs well with high sugar dishes such as dessert, the very sweetness of the demi-sec goes perfectly with dessert. It also goes well with dishes rich in salt such as more salty dishes: red, white meats, cold cuts and cheese, the gentle tingling of the bubbles calms the sensation of salty.
